FO R EMPLOYERS

Most employers want to comply with ADA and other civil rights legislation regarding individuals with disabilities. However, they may be unaware that full compliance is in most cases simple and inexpensive.

SCLAD can help employers discover a new, untapped, hard working and pre-screened resource AT NO COST.

SCLAD will

-                   review job descriptions

-                   survey work sites for accessibility

-                   refer to site modification funding sources

-                   match pre-screened, qualified candidates with available job openings, and

-                   post-employment follow-up and troubleshooting.
